             Health actually means that all parts of the body, the anatomical, physiological and psychological systems, are in balance with each other so that the whole functions optimally. In everyday life this is actually not the case. If we don't manage to achieve some balance, the quality of life is threatened.

            

        Yoga program is designed to warm, strengthen, tone and revitalize your body, and relax your mind. You will learn how to increase your energy and flexibility and also reduce stress. Appropriate for the beginner, for people with back, joint or heart problems, and for the experienced student who wants a slower paced, less strenuous class.

 

         Learn how to breathe, relax, and release deep-seated tensions while creating greater flexibility in body/mind. You will be guided through gentle exploratory movements that are coordinated with easy deep breathing techniques.
