         Fitness Walking is an activity that can be undertaken by all ages and all levels of fitness, and it is possible to walk almost anywhere and at anytime. Best done in small groups, our walking sessions make great use of local Vrboska scenery and countryside. It is a way to improve aerobic fitness as well as helping reduce cardiovascular disease, assist in weight management, improve bone density and aid in stress management programs. 

         Fitness walking is much more than going out for a stroll. It incorporates the muscles of the upper body making it a GREAT aerobic activity. It also tones muscles in the buttocks, thighs, hips, shoulders, upper back and abs.

         Fitness Walking is not only a very effective training mode for low to moderately active individuals, it also serves as useful training aid for well-conditioned athletes.
