Our journey takes us to the Hvar Island on the
Dalmatian coast the apogee of the Mediterranean in its colors, fragrances and
shapes, unforgettable in the intensity of the experience of nature. Hvar offers
you cliffs, caves, rocks, sandy beaches… You will find your place in the sun, a
pleasant rest away from the pressures of everyday life. In the picturesque old
fisherman's village Vrboska you will be able to enjoy
seven days in essence of calmly easy
living, the beautiful architecture of old houses, small restaurants and cafes,
traditional home made food, fresh seafood and other gastronomic delights.
The Sea kayaks we are using are polyethylene kayaks
made by “Prijon”, single and double, and all are reassuringly stabile and easy
to paddle. In addition to the paddle, spray deck and life jackets, each kayak
carries the snorkeling gear for exploring the amazing underwater world in the
breaks between paddling.
Daily routes are short, two to three hours of easy paddling, fit for all ages –
anywhere between 14 to late 60. The routes are suitable for all levels, designed
for nature lovers with or without previous kayaking experience.

Stretching
After paddling and
muscular workout stretch your whole body, muscles, ligaments, tendons and
joints to avoid injuries and get faster recuperation.
Stretch your body at pleasant and
healthy manner under superstition of qualify
instructors.
The
purpose of our stretching program is to relax the muscle and work it through
the necessary range of motion.
Stretching will
help you boost your performance, avoid injuries,
alleviate muscle pain, maximize your workout and prepare your body for
paddling.
Fitness walking is a form of cardiopulmonary
exercise consisting of rapid walking accompanied by vigorous swinging of the
arms
Take in the fresh air and the Mediterranean scenery of
Vrboska by joining our fitness walking group. We provide fully qualified and
motivating fitness instructors to assist you in improving your fitness level
and aid in reduced body fat.
Yoga
method enables each and every person to enjoy and benefit from the yoga, to
improve the quality of life, to help prevent disease and stress and to
improve health.
Our
typical yoga class will include centering, warm-ups, asanas (poses),
pranayama (breathing techniques, alignment and action instructions), Savasana (relaxation) and meditation.
